Laughing Streets is a brand new initiative from Our Happiness Factor. It is designed to connect neighbours, friends and family through the wonders of Laughter Yoga. We are inviting people living in Bredbury to come together to experience a fun, playful and healthy laughter session, that energises your spirit, boosts your immune system and leaves you feeling invigorated and relaxed.

WHAT IS LAUGHTER YOGA?
Are you ready to revitalise your energy, try something fun and good for your wellbeing? Do you want to bring laughter, happiness and joy into your life and community?
Laughter Yoga is the right choice for you!!
Laughing Streets infuses the Laughter Yoga concept that combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing techniques, to liven up your lungs, reduce stress and provide a full mind and body workout, that boosts your immune system.

LAUGHING STREETS SESSIONS
Our aim is to connect local people through our Laughter Yoga sessions. We are inviting people to take up the opportunity to join one of our sessions in Bredbury.
Each session runs for an hour and is facilitated in three stages.
1. Warm Up
Gently warm up to allow the body and mind to wake up to a whole new experience.
2. Speed Up (at your own pace)
Fun, invigorating and playful laughter yoga exercises
3. Slow Down to the Speed of Life
The session ends with a deep and guided relaxation
The main objective is to release your inner giggle out into the world.
All sessions are fee free
